Gwendolyne Fourniol of Negros Occidental won Miss World Philippines 2022 that was held on Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena, and will be representing the country to the 71st edition of Miss World 2022.
Fourniol topped 35 other contestants during the coronation night of Miss World Philippines 2022. She was crowned by Tracy Maureen Perez who won the same pageant last year.
Other than the Miss World Philippines' crown, she also took home special awards— Miss Silka Award, Miss Love Your Skin Award, and Best in Evening Gown.
There were also proclaimed winners of Miss World Philippines 2022; Alison Black of Las Piñas City (Miss Supranational Philippines), Maria Ingrid Santamaria of Paranaque City (Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas), Ashley Subijano Montenegro of Makati City (Miss Eco Philippines), Justine Beatrice Felizarta of Marikina City (Miss World Philippines Tourism), Beatriz McLelland of Aklan (Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2022), Cassandra Chan of San Juan City (Second Princess and Miss World Philippines Charity). Seven special awards were also given to the other contestants.
