Precious Paula Nicole makes history (or herstory rather) as she wins the first ever season of the Philippine franchise of Rupaul's Drag Race—Drag Race Philippines.
Precious has been in the field of performing drag for 12 years. She's also a member of the Divine Divas Trio with Brigiding and Vinas Deluxe, who were also part of the cast of Drag Race PH. Before she became a drag queen, she was already a professional impersonator of Regine Velasquez. She was able to use that experience as an advantage when she was chosen to impersonate Regine Velasquez-Alcasid in one of the show's Maxi Challenges, "OPM Divas; The Rusical," wherein she garnered high praise from the artist herself, who was the guest judge for that segment.
Before the final four showdowns, Lady Morgana, one of the competitors of Precious, was awarded as Miss Congeniality. In the Grand Finale, the top 4 queens were to battle by lipsyncing against each other with Drag Race founder, Ru Paul's songs, until they reached the final 2. The first pair that were chosen were Precious Paula Nicole and Eva Le Queen, with the song "Sissy That Walk" ending with Precious Paula Nicole winning and becoming part of the Final 2. The next battle was with Marina Summers and Xilhouette, who lipsynced to "Call Me Mother" and had Marina Summers complete the final 2.
In the Last Showdown, Marina Summers and Precious Paula Nicole lipsynched to Gloc-9's "Sirena," an iconic Filipino queer anthem.
