The victim Lilibeth Valdez was shot dead last Monday night by a drunk police officer. The victim's daughter stated that her mother was at the store when the police officer who was allegedly intoxicated approached her, pulled her hair and shot the victim in the neck, According to GMA News.
Lilibeth's son and the suspect were engaged in a fistfight last May 1 and after that incident, the cop threatened the victim's son.
The suspect, Police Master Sergeant Hensie Zinampan is currently in the custody of the police but rebuff all accusations and denied that he killed the victim even with the presence of the video showing the shooting incident.
Philippine National Police chief Police General Guillermo Eleazar directed the Quezon City Police District to file administrative charges against Zinampan so he could be dismissed from service, GMA News said on their report.
