Theme: Hopelessly In Love

Withering away, I desperately grasp for reason

To exist without you as I writhe in blue

Dreading my demise, my bedroom lights go out

For I prepare myself to cry to sleep now

Carrying the burden of being at fault

Know that, for you, I broke my do's and don'ts

With you, I already had everything planned

From our first date, to our last stand, it drove me mad

That I couldn't do anything to save us

Leaving me reminiscing of what was

The perfect ending, with you by my side

Where no one had nothing to hide

I refuse to believe all was in vain

For I cling to what's left of you, though it's not the same

As you caressed my hair while our song played on

Reassuring me you'd stay, but, for how long?

My arctic eyes are too appalling, look away, love

Auras of blue I try to avoid, yet I feel numb

I only loved red, a bittersweet coincidence

That my favorite flower was also your name

Wrath and love embodied by one person

You were my last, and only lifeline

Before I descend into the dark once more

If you were to save me again, I left an unlocked door
