On Sunday morning, I start again.

I suited up, and the sunlight's hugs were especially warm that day.

Along with water turning cold as the wind blows my way.

Hey, that day's unusually more alive than the typical sky of gray.

I rode a train with my sister, and I'm fine going anywhere.

But we have a destination to go to—a sacred place right there.

I came back after all the years of being stuck here.

It gave me pleasure to know they waited with their hearts sincere.

I remembered that time the air touched my nose with sweet musk scent,

The sun kissed my skin and cherished the heat that has been lent.

The nostalgic roads I traced before has overlapped once again in my views,

Bringing back memories of sentimentality and childhood fused.

We've arrived at our point of destination.

We sang songs of praise and a hymn of salvation.

The old wise man speak of how to start well this year.

And I learned to let my shine be the light on others near.

This has been a journey of a day.

Sparkling colors just like when the cosmos gently sways,

Accompanied by the laughter of cicadas prayers of play.

Resounding that light is still awake to brighten my day.
