Subject: Appreciation
You don't have any idea
How you saved me
From the lowest point
Of my life.
You didn't leave
When I said,
"I can handle myself."
Because you know—
I still need you.
You really know,
I need someone on my side
When I'm struggling
In making my own decisions in life.
They left
But you didn't.
They judged me,
And you fought for me.
You helped me to escape
From the darkness.
If I didn't meet you,
My life would be nothing.
I hope in our next life,
You're still my best friend.
You are my daylight,
And no one can change my mind.
