Theme: The poet’s yearning to be recognized and cherished as much as the verses they create.

I trace the air with threads of gold,

Weaving stories, quiet and bold.

I craft their dreams, I make them fly,

But who will catch me when I cry?

I stitch my soul through borrowed seams,

A tapestry of distant dreams.

I build them worlds where they belongβ€”

But where’s the place where I stay strong?

A name unspoken, a hand unseen,

I write the words, but where’s the meaning?

The stories bloom, but roots don’t findβ€”

A poet left with none to bind.

Always the poet, never the muse,

A fleeting whisper, love to lose.

I give my heart in every lineβ€”

But who will write me in their rhyme?
