After the phreatic or steam eruption of Bulusan Volcano on June 5, 2022, Sunday morning, residences and other buildings in Barangay Bacolod and Buraburan in Juban, Sorsogon were surrounded in ash. Motorists and residents are advised to avoid the affected areas except for necessary travel.
