On the third day of the 19th anniversary of Lyceum of Alabang, the Home Economics and Industrial Arts (HEIA) strand brought home the victory as their women's volleyball team bagged the championship title on Wed, Oct. 26 at DVA Gym.
Their opponent was the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand. The game ended in five sets with 26-24, 16-25, 25-14, 18-25, 15-11 as the final scores.
"Nagtraining kami ng husto kahit ilang araw lang siya pero yung training na yon, sobra sobra para samin," Ms. Janelle D. Tulaylay, the captain of the HEIA women's volleyball team, said in a statement.
Tulaylay added, "Tsaka kanina kaya kami nanalo, tulungan tsaka trust lang sa isa't isa," She emphasized that their teamwork and trust became the key to their success.
