FEATURE: FIVE PLACES COUPLES GO TO DURING VALENTINE'S DAY

The second month of the year, February, is known as the month of love, and on its 14th day is the celebration of Valentine's Day.  For some who are fortunate enough to find themselves a lover, they spend the day to be with their partner to commemorate their love. 

For others, though, it is just a normal day. Love is not only meant for couples, however. It is also meant for everyone who feels the real essence of love, the unconditional care and the comfort of home we feel with our friends and family. 

To commemorate this day of love, here are five places people go to during Valentine's Day:

1. MALLS 

If you want to eat then shop with your loved one, then this is the place for you. It's a go-to place for everybody. Plus, its all-in one feature will surely make your day enjoyable.

2. CINEMAS 

This is an ideal place for lovers. First, who wouldn’t want to indulge in a well-produced movie with your loved one? Watching a romantic film with your lover will surely make you both giddy and it is relatable, especially the "kilig moments" as well as the sorrowful part where you'll both learn how to endure your relationship. And, to give the boys out there an idea, watching a horror movie is a chance to show your bravery and care over your lady.

3. Amusement Parks

A trip to the famous Star City or Enchanted Kingdom would be a day well spent. Memories such as, screaming your hearts out to the roller-coaster or laughing together at the carousel would be a wonderful memory for anyone. And, after all the screaming, ending your day at the Ferris wheel while admiring the city lights and the company of your partner is a must for all.

4. Home

No place feels like home. It is true for any one of us. Though, a home doesn't necessarily mean a concrete house or any other place. Home is always where our heart is. It could be someone to whom we feel love and important. It doesn't have to be anywhere expensive and grandiose as long as it is a day spent with your beloved.

5. Church

In the long run, thanking God, the sole reason why you and you loved ones are celebrating the day of love, is the thing everyone should not forget to do on that day. No one should forget that before you give love to others we should always come back and show our love and gratitude to whom it all started, God.
