NEWS: PAGASA: LPA may depart PAR on Thursday or Friday by Angelica Rosa


According to PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration), the low pressure area (LPA) in the proximity of Negros Oriental may depart the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) by Thursday or Friday.

According to PAGASA climate expert Aldczar Aurelio, the LPA was last noticed withinside the area of Tayasan, Negros Oriental as of three a.m.

This LPA nevertheless has a low chance of turning into a storm. It is anticipated to transport westward. After traversing Western Visayas, the LPA can also reach the direction of the Sulu Sea and cross Palawan. It is predicted to depart PA on Thursday or Friday.
