Theme: Unrequited Love
I became tired of falling in love,
I suppose I wasn't blessed from above.
I regret trying to have you—
I understood how my sick fantasies would never be true.
Someday, all of this will be memories;
I would forget about you for centuries.
Next time, I will be yours—
I wouldn’t take you by force.
If only you knew,
How much I adored you.
You were everything in my world,
Yet you were also the reason why my life whirled.
What was I to you?
Was I that hard for you to pursue?
I chased you day by day,
Only for you to run away.
If only you were mine—
I would've been a student and lover combined.
Yet, it never ended with us,
Why did I bother making such a fuss?
At least we knew each other.
I would someday stop chasing you further.
One day, I would stop being in love with you,
Someone would love me as I loved you.
I will keep thinking of you,
Until I forget you.
But until then, I will wait,
For you to answer me,
Of how you and I should be.
