You flaunt a solemn beauty the poets write of,

The kind of ineffable grace that silk exudes,

I pray to be wrapped in the linen of your skin,

I beg to be where the world ends and you begin.

There is a divinity in your magnitude,

Like a snake of Biblical sin, beckoning me,

To drown in your perverse image of the Red Sea.

Yet in agony, I embrace this heresy.

Let me sink down deep into the depths of your core,

Let me melt into the fibre of your being,

Let me perish in your smooth arms forevermore,

Buried in you, I would rather be than living.
