Artificial Intelligence (AI), the marvel of innovation, is like a chameleon in the world, constantly morphing and reshaping our reality. As it effortlessly steps into roles once reserved for the human touch, it raises a poignant question: What else shall AI adopt in its ever-expanding embrace?

Recently, GMA Network introduced us to their so-called Artificial Intelligence (AI) “sportscasters” named Maia and Marco. The combination of Deep Learning Face Animation Technology, Text-to-Speech AI Voice Synthesis/Generation, and Image Generation, artificial intelligence builds those two. [1]

The efforts of a real person striving and studying things to achieve what those AI has is excruciating to witness. Those AI generated workers lessen the value and roles of every human being pursuing a certain path for their positions. The professionalism and passion that real human commentators give to the surface are in imminent risk of being diminished by the emergence of AI sportscasters, such as those that are employed within the realm of media companies.

The capability of artificial intelligence is constrained by the method in which they are conceptualized, whereas humans possess plenty of room for growth and development. Human Abilities are far more original and superior than outsourcing AI sportscasters that barely look like Filipinos. The rapid growth of these kinds of AIs threatens professionals' livelihoods because, despite being cheaper for networks, AI cannot compete with the dedication and intrinsic worth of human journalists. [2]

The big weaknesses of AI sportscasters is their lack of capacity to captivate audiences emotionally with the game and its participants. Human broadcasters add their own unique perspective and emotions to their analysis, collecting the unfiltered power of significant instances, relating with players, and voicing the delight about glory or the agonizing pain of loss. AI sportscasters, on the opposing hand, dearth this deep feeling, which results in dry and dispersed comments that disappoints to grab the attention of viewers. [3] In addition to that, these AI sportscasters typically offer dull and robotic commentary. They are unlikely to add the same liveliness and erratic nature to the display as human commentators do. Human commentators may boost the viewing atmosphere by adding devious observations, hilarious jokes, and impromptu conversation. On the contrary stake, AI sportscasters cannot have the versatility of adapting to unexpectedly modifications to the game because they function adhering to preexisting designs.

The ongoing use of AI sportscasters poses a grave risk to the credibility and personal connection that actual human commentators deliver to sports broadcasting, ignoring the fact that artificial intelligence unambiguously has its advantages and potential uses in an array of areas. The critically important aspect of humanity that contributes to making sports commentaries so interesting as well as accessible ought to remain unaffected by artificial intelligence (AI), even though it may play a role in enhancing human criticism with data-driven conclusions. Viewers should experience the actual interest, proficiency, and reactions in which must originate from human broadcasters.
