Subject: Heartfelt Gratitude for Mother

O sweet prince of mine...

Drift to sleep beneath their silver shine.

I don't know the rest of the words—

Now go to your own dream world.

How nostalgic. A lullaby I always used to hear—

When I was little, it's the moment I have always dear.

Even if all the sweet memories entwined—

Being in her arms is still one of the kind.

Even on nights when we could've been bombed ominously,

Just having her by my side allowed me to sleep soundly.

She sung her love, wrapping me in dreams profoundly.

A presence that works magically.

A refuge, fortress, and unyielding figure.

Voiced the tales of bravery when danger is in picture—

She'd be the knight who'll defend and destroy,

To secure the treasures of smiles and joy.

You free me from all my chains,

A lighthouse that guides in each of my sails.

The gentle sway of glowing light, the darkness fails.

Without you, I'll be lost in life's enduring trails.

Each words uttered, works like protective spells—

Where worries would wither, exceeding anything I could wonder.

I'll carry you in return when the quest doesn't do well

I'll also be beside you for your love and care.

You can do that even if I try to do the same.

No words enough to describe your greater aim—

Even if I did it forever, nothing could be better.

Being grateful is all my eternal claim, my dear Mother.
