Subject: The country's status quo
The contrast—unhinged by the words
The mistrust—in tears, you conquered
The pond of doubts, I shant—why do you hide?
In the rivers of shame and to fame, you arise.
It fascinates my mind how anyone can function,
In a world where callow visions rule us—
I sneer—
It's not shallow, but the hatred that I intensely endured.
A wrecked fate is what you're fighting for—don't you see?
It fascinates my mind that once again—
We'll let them ruin our prophecy.
We are creeping, weeping, and begging for a life.
'Tis a circus—a festival—in podiums, they stand
'Tis dramatic—historic, we are witnessing once again.
A life of wonder, and in questions, we ponder.
The uncertainty of everything—
And the fate of our life within.
To all who molded us to run and be free from it all,
It is to all that I offer this enlightenment in me—
I figured there was no cure for the flu of the century,
'Tis an episode in the perpetual notion
The notion of our minds and a sorrowful tomorrow.
