As the Valentine booths offered by the Senior High School (SHS) department successfully ended and received upliftment from students, across a three-day period, from February 12 to February 14 held at the DVA Gymnasium.
The Supreme Student Government SHS Basic Education (SSG) presented an array of love stalls, "Affection-Knot," the booth that blooms fun with a playful twist where different students are captured.
The Public Information Officer, from the Supreme Student Government Basic Education (SSG), Ms. Hannah Gabby S. Amposta, shared her experience handling some of the booths "Very fun naman [siya], nagkaroon ako ng new friends and mas nakapag bond with other friends na hindi ko na nakakasama. Plus, happy ang Valentine's."
Furthermore, the SSG provided stations including "Ribbon for Wishes," a booth where Lyceans can buy different colored ribbons that have different meanings, and then give it to the person suited to that meaning, "Cupid's Bow," a store of accessories like butterflies for loved ones, and "Valentine's Play Set," thrilled games can be played included with prizes.
"Wheel of Fortune," an interactive booth prepared by the Accountancy, Business, and Management strand (ABM) that delves into the business world where students anticipated their outcomes for a lucky win, the Makatao Humanities and Social Sciences Club (HUMSS) also launched "CORNERlia sTREAT" for typed-written letters, paper flowers, and hair accessories.
Ms. Ione Cueto, the VP-Core Academics of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) shared her experience with their booth "Sining at Ikaw," a hand-painted artwork for decorations, "It is very enticing and fun kasi hindi lang puro SHS ang nakaka-interact namin ngayon, which is something new for us, I hope next year ma-experience nila itong event na ito kasi it's really fun and talagang mararamdaman mo yung love sa mga Lyceans natin."
