Team Liquid Philippines (TLPH) started their Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Philippines season 15 run with the Filipino Sniper Oheb as their new Gold Laner sweeping Team Falcons (FLCN) in their M5 championship lineup, 2-0, in their first match of MPL season 15 week 1 regular season at Green Sun Hotel, on Saturday, March 1.

TLPH managed to wipe out FLCN as Oheb executed a maniac using Granger at the 18-minute mark of game 1, which allowed TLPH to secure the victory.

FLCN gained the upper hand in the early game, amassing a 2000 gold lead. However, TLPH roared back to life, as Granger's power spike suddenly turned the tide of the match upside down.

"Para saakin marami pa kaming kailangang ma-improve, simula pa lang to," Oheb said.

M3 champion and former Blacklist International Gold Laner Oheb bagged back-to-back Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards in his first match with TLPH, using Granger and Harith. He tallied eight kills, one death, and four assists with Granger, and six kills, zero deaths, and five assists with Harith.

The chemistry between Karltzy, Oheb, and Jaypee was indeed a factor in TLPH's flawless win in game 1.

In game 2, TLPH outdrafted and dominated FLCN all throughout the game with Oheb's Harith and Karltzy's Joy.

TLPH pounced on FLCN's early meltdown due to their fast wave-clearing picks that enabled them to rotate quickly around the map, which FLCN lacks. FLCN tried to hold on, but the horse-like tempo of TLPH is too much to handle.

TLPH rushed to end the game because if the game continued until late-game, FLCN might counter the magic damage composition of TLPH with Radiant Armor and Athena's Shield in their arsenals.

The incredible start from TLPH fueled their hopes to redeem the MPL PH title once again and bounce back on the international stage.
