K-pop girl group Blackpink made their comeback in the entertainment industry with their newly released track "Jump," which was launched on July 11, two years after their last song was published.

In the accompanying music video, with the rave-inspired, all four members stunned everyone with their energetic performance, showing off their charm and great vocals.

On their official website, YG ENTERTAINMENT described the song, "‘JUMP’ marks BLACKPINK’s bold debut in the Hardstyle genre. The track opens with a striking guitar riff that evokes the feel of a Western film, setting a vivid, cinematic tone."

"Blending BLACKPINK’s signature style with fearless experimentation, ‘JUMP’ broadens the group’s musical range and offers listeners a fresh, compelling experience worldwide," they added.

"Jump" has been the #1 worldwide trend on YouTube and the most-watched video for the past 24 hours after it was published, and it has been released all across streaming platforms. 

This is the first song that Blackpink released since August, 2023 due to the band's members Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé focusing on their respectively solo careers.

Rosé from the group released her solo album, "Rosie," in December 2024. Then, Jisoo released her mini-album "Amortage" in February 2025. After that, Lisa came out with "Alter Ego," and Jennie released "Ruby."

Blackpink is currently on their world tour concert "Deadline" that began on July 5, in South Korea, and soon is heading to Manila for their two-day concert.
