Theme: Admiring someone from afar even knowing that there's no chance.
When the sunlight kissed those hazel eyes,
I couldn't help but to be mesmerized,
It was so lovely,
That I wish those eyes would lay on me,
Just only me.
My world began to orbit yours,
Like a moon surrendering in the gaze of your eyes,
My fears depart every time your lips talk to me,
And when you're near—
My breath faltered suddenly.
Your eyes are the kind of a quiet poem,
Written in a shade where the sky envies,
And when those eyes look in my way,
I swear—
It unravels me until I melt.
But the more I stare, the more it aches,
For I crave your touch with every breath I take,
If only your heart could feel the same,
I'd treasure forever the sound of your name.
It's kind of selfish wanting you to be mine,
But believe me—
I yearned for you more times than I can define,
Isn't it funny?
The way I steal a glance?
Even I know it will never be enough.
