Barbie’s comedy live-action trailer, starring Margot Robbie, gave a glimpse of the movie and inspired enthusiasm among fans. It was released by Warner Bros. on December 16, 2022.
The trailer for the movie Barbie, directed and written by Greta Gerwig alongside Noah Baumbach, started with "2001: A Space Odyssey." One of the interesting things is that Barbie is so tall! Imagine Barbie being 20 feet tall!
Meanwhile, Ryan Gosling will play the iconic blonde boyfriend of Barbie, Ken.
While the movie got mixed reactions, Emma Mackey, one of the actors in the movie, said that "Barbie is light and funny and silly and American and pink." Rest assured, it will not make you cry. "It's very unexpected in many ways."
The Barbie movie is set to air next year, on July 21, 2023.
