Theme: Possession and Obsession.

The ink has bled.

And it turned me red.

Resurrecting the dead

In my chest.

Crimson in action—

You've played me; destruction.

Bought my heart at an auction;

Left me with no other option.

My blood was consumed,

And polluted my soul;

You've instilled me with dread.

I was made a fool.

The walls crumble—

As I was being led down your cellar,

Deal with the drought,

Until it caused my heartbeat to become erratic.

You've locked me up in your attic,

Every activity must be controlled.

And I was unable to execute my tactic;

On how I can break free from your hold.

I felt as though I was drowning in the arctic—

My affection has been overwhelmed by heartache.

I no longer know how to strive in your presence—

You've absorbed my last days and nights,

As you become more at ease with having me at your side.
