Theme: Social Anxiety.
I breathe and muster;
Approach the cluster.
Beings same as me—
Yet seem like different entities.
I strike— and quiver!
Each word ringing in my temple...
Skin shivers for each letter I deliver;
Mine's thoughts disassemble.
The rats scurry to skewer,
The lungs I hold grow much smaller—
Breathing becomes meagre.
My tongue's somehow bitter...
But 'twas all in my mind, you see?
Yet I cannot carry the strength
To break the shackles—set mineself free.
This cycle... I'm tired of its length.
