Theme: Distortion of Time

All I did was blink; and

Just like that, a day passed—

Just like that, a month had flown—

Just like that, a year had gone—

Ne'er truly knew what was going on.

Aware of the places I'm at,

yet just where am I?

'Twas a hazy state—fuzzy airspace.

A muzzy open arena of minimalistic chaos,

Surrounded by people dressed with star trails.

𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘴? 𝘖𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭?

𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘴, '𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘰! 𝘖𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘦?

𝘈 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘤𝘬! 𝘈 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘱! 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘨! 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯?

𝘈 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘦𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘥;

𝘛𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦! 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨?

I hunched forward,

Like an anxious cloud;

Like a violated Mimosa Pudica;

Like a frightened Diplopodas,

To fortify the unorthodox flow of my time.

𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴?

𝘓𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘈𝘥𝘢𝘮,

𝘛𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺,

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘺,

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘯.
