MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) disclosed that out of 1,328 takers, only 581 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam (REBLE) on April 18, two days after the examination.
The examination took place on April 16, which was handled by the PRC in several cities such as Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban.
Amongst the complete list of passers, the list of topnotchers was also included.
The following REBLE takers from Lyceum of Alabang were listed in the examinees who have garnered the top 10 highest scores in the examination:

Rank 2 - Richelle Cang Ting
Rank 3 - Jeyo Mercado Leoncio
Rank 4 - Lawrence Chan See
Rank 7 - Maureen Grace Cruz Uscadin
Rank 8 - May Jesna Uca Dumdum
Rank 10 - Zacarias Cambalon Alfanta Jr.
Rank 10 - Beverly Carbonera Lopez
Rank 10 - Michael Teatro Silvero
Rank 10 - Glaisa Gallano Wenceslao
Ofelia C. Binag, the board's chairman,
Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag were the members who managed the examination.
The 2020 and 2021 examinations were both canceled due to constraints, making the April 2023 REBLE the second licensure examination to be taken during the pandemic.
