I can still remember it.

The day I first saw you.

It was one rainy night.

I was sitting right next to a park.

I was holding my guitar,

strumming it as I close my eyes.

And then I felt you,

you sat beside me.

I can feel your curious glances piercing through me.

I looked back as I opened my eyes.

And there I saw your dark hazel eyes that sent chills to my spine.

It was at that moment that I knew, I want to strum my guitar only for you.

And now we're here at the same park.

It's raining and it's the same sky.

I am holding the same thing, the same guitar.

I am looking at you with deep longing within my eyes.

You sat at the same place, but the warmth faded away.

I looked at the same pair of eyes, it still sent the same chills at my spine.

The sad tears that make the prettiest kaleidoscope in your eyes.

I smiled softly as I held my guitar.

As I promised, for you, I'll strum.

My fingers glide through the strings, and then I close my eyes.

Feeling empty deep inside as I strum for you one last time.
