Subject: Decisions in life

My throat keeps closing up,

And the words won't come out like there's a trap.

Is it because I yearn for life's constant embrace,

A new start or the end of role in this space?

Ah, I wanna be happy and push through.

I want to live a life like the others do,

But I can't live like no one else.

Can't follow paths cast by the other spells

Life's often a perplexing mess.

Uncertain as I face the next test

But I know myself the best from the rest

Not trying to blame anybody, just a process.

I'm curious about the thoughts of others.

Finding for more clear answers

But the puzzle's mine, only I can decipher.

Not again, making myself a fool overthinker.

I am afraid to fly,

Like a kite without a wind in the sky.

I'll take a leap of faith,

There's no reason not to try.

\So, I walk this tightrope, steady and bold.

I will never let go, even if I'm told.

This is my role to fulfill my goal,

For my unique journey, I'll be an independent soul.

In lieu of doubt, inner voice was found.

The compass that was guiding all along.

No longer lost, now I stand on solid ground,

In its gentle whispers, impact on me is so loud.
