Subject: Lost Innocence

Trapped within my own frustrations,

Emotions seethe, yearning for liberation.

Liable for the seeds of my own destruction,

My mind retreats to a twisted mental mansion.

As thoughts of riddance weep in silence,

I cling to hope, seeking guidance.

Lost in the midst of endless incoherence,

I stutter and pray for my innocence.

Weakened by tolerance for malicious intent,

I stumble to my knees, feeling disgust.

Fearing I might be stained by filth,

Guilt chains my conscience with distrust.

As the turmoil grows colder,

Swallowed whole, it sinks even further.

What once was gentle has been murdered,

Purity is forever lost—a stark reality as we grow older.
