Theme: Time’s unforgiveness between lovers

Beneath the scorching sun—

I'll wait for the clock to lay its hand at one.

To catch a glimpse furtively—

Your mesmerising eyes that never fail to capture me.

 

𝘋𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴,

𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘦—

𝘴𝘰 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘣𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦?

 

Your time, so far away—

I have no choice but to stay,

and stare at the sky's golden ray—

Wishing that I can see you someday.

 

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘥𝘰, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺?

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨,

𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨?

 

The sky's burning,

Yet, I'm here, waiting.

While the sky belongs to the sun,

Even if our time only meets at one.

 

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶

𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭,

𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧—

𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦?

 

My eyes only search for you in crowds,

In a world so loud— you are the peace that I've found.

I pledge to choose you in every timeline,

until our paths decide to intertwine.
