Theme: You've given and done everything for someone, but it's still not enough.

I've built you with a world full of gold.

Yet your heart feels distant—warmth's getting cold.

At what cost did I give it all?

When the beat of my heart drowned out the silent calls.

I let your words rip me apart.

With your every action daggering deep in my heart,

At what cost did I give it all for your love?

For in desiring too much, in searching above.

I've gathered stars and laid them at your feet.

Built our bridge with each—every deed.

Drew paths in the moonshine where our souls could meet,

Yet I found no place for what my heart needs.

See me,

Watch me.

Feel me,

Pain me.

See how my body—your presence affects me,

That was once alleviated with the warmth of your hugs over me.

Feel how the rhythm of your voice is fretting me,

That once silenced the anguish inside of me.

At what cost did I give it all?

Yet, for you, I'm still eager to give it all.
