𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: “GOT7’s JAY B soars with debut solo album 'Road Runner'” by Precious Hannah Mayo

GOT7’s JAY B launched his highly anticipated first full-length solo album, “Archive 1: Road Runner,” on November 27th, showcasing his musical versatility and artistic growth.

JAY B’s new album features two contrasting title tracks: the high-energy “Crash,” showcasing his signature R&B and hip-hop blend, and the mellow “Cloud Nine,” highlighting his smooth vocals and introspective lyrics. 

During a press showcase, Jay B expressed his excitement for the album, saying, “𝘐 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘢𝘭𝘣𝘶𝘮 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩, 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐'𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘶𝘱𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘴.”

He also highlighted the album’s diverse musical styles, stating, “𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬 ‘𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘩,’ 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙&𝘉 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯 ‘𝘊𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘦.’ 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦𝘴.”

Jay B also shared a special fondness for the album's first track, “Baby,” which he began working on nine years ago. He described it as a song filled with his genuine feelings as a rookie.

The album's title, “Archive 1: Road Runner,” reflects Jay B’s desire to compile his musical stories and express his enthusiasm for continuous growth and improvement.

The release of “Road Runner” also comes as GOT7 members have hinted at a much-anticipated comeback slated for early next year.  

While JAY B is currently focusing on his solo career, fans are eagerly awaiting the possibility of a GOT7 reunion, which would be a momentous event for the group's dedicated fanbase.

As he continues to soar on his solo journey, fans can expect even greater things from JAY B in the years to come.
