SEVENTEEN’s sub-unit, BooSeokSoon (BSS), has made their highly anticipated return with the release of their new single album "Teleparty" on January 8, 2025, delivering a late New Year’s gift to fans around the world.

The comeback was first announced by Pledis Entertainment via the Weverse App, a fan community platform, on Thursday, December 24, 2024.

Shortly after the announcement, HYBE, the parent company of Pledis, released a teaser video on December 27, 2024. In the video, DK, Seungkwan, and Hoshi engage with the audience, discussing themes of youth and encouraging fans—whether students or office workers—to take a break and enjoy the simple joys of life.

The album features three tracks: CBZ (Prime Time), Happy Alone, and Love Song. Each is filled with vibrant beats and infectious energy, showcasing BSS’s signature sound.

While the title track, CBZ (Prime Time), brings a high-energy, feel-good vibe, Happy Alone captures the joy of independence, and Love Song combines playful melodies with heartfelt lyrics.

Seungkwan shared that they experimented with new styles, adding fresh colors to their trademark cheerful energy. DK reflected on the album’s inspiration, drawn from the beauty of ordinary life moments. Meanwhile, Hoshi expressed hope that fans would connect with the album, emphasizing that it is the result of their dedication and hard work.

The album title, Teleparty, combines "telepathy" and "party," reflecting the trio's strong bond and telepathic empathy. The concept reminds fans to enjoy every precious moment, whether ordinary or extraordinary.

This comeback marks BSS's second release, following their debut single album, Second Wind, released in February 2023. The album included their hit song "Fighting," featuring rapper Lee Young-Ji.

BSS is a sub-unit of SEVENTEEN, formed in 2018. The name BSS is derived from the syllables of the three members' names: Boo Seungkwan, Lee Seokmin (DK), and Kwon Soonyoung (Hoshi).

In addition to the BSS comeback, SEVENTEEN will embark on their Right Here concert tour, covering America and parts of Asia, including Japan, Singapore, Jakarta, Thailand, and the Philippines.

SEVENTEEN is scheduled to perform at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan as part of its Southeast Asian tour, taking place from January 18 to 19, 2025. Further details regarding the tour will be announced soon.

SEVENTEEN, a 13-member group from South Korea, debuted in May 2015 with the mini-album 17 Carat and has continued to thrive in the global music industry ever since.
