BTS’ J-Hope is set to bring his highly anticipated "HOPE ON THE STAGE" world tour to Manila, with performances scheduled on April 12 and 13, at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The world tour was announced on January 10, through a Weverse post and BIGHIT MUSIC’s official social media accounts, with J-Hope set to perform in South Korea, Mexico, the United States, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Macau, Taiwan, and Japan.
In addition, Hope On The Stage tour is named after J-hope's six-part documentary that highlights his “origin story” and passion for dance as he embarks on a new chapter in the 12th year of his career.
Following this, the upcoming tour marks the artist’s first return to the stage since completing 18 months of mandatory military service on October 17, 2024.
J-Hope achieved a significant milestone in his solo career by becoming the first Korean artist to headline Lollapalooza, following the release of his debut album Jack in the Box in July 2022.
Building on that milestone, Hobi will make history this April as the first BTS member to headline a solo stadium concert at Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium.
This achievement also makes him the first Korean solo artist to perform at the iconic venue, solidifying his position as a trailblazer both within BTS and the wider K-pop industry.
