LITERARY: "Sadist Love" by: Zoe Alacar

Oh, my lover.

I was lying on my bed,

Remembering the times we spent;

Seeing your face—

When you broke my heart,

Haunting me in places,

Those weren’t even dark.

You took me by surprise—

When you grabbed me by the waist,

As you stroked my throat,

Without any haste;

Could you be the one,

I’m searching my whole life?

For me, it was fun—

Until you grabbed the knife.

You left me hurt and wounded—

On the side.

And you broke my heart,

Like something in me died.

I was lying on my bed,

With a gun to my head.

Oh, my lover,

Goodbye.
