Synopsis: Samantha, the daughter of two famous billionaires were being targeted by scientists. The scientists created a new drug that could make humans live immortal however, they will forever live like a robot.

Chapter 2: The Awakening

As Samantha cried in pain, half of her body started turning gray. "No! Help me!" she screamed.
"Only one more syringe to inject, professor." A scientist said. As the scientist injected the last drug into Samantha, she suddenly went on a rampage. She broke her chains with vengeance in her eyes. She stared at the professor with the intent of murder.
"Professor! I didn’t know that you were gonna use the drug today! That's not fully ready yet!" One scientist ran to the professor. "What?!" The professor screamed in shock.
Samantha was in a rage. She uncontrollable killed anything that her eyes could see. She killed the professor in one snap. The lab became a disaster.
Soon, she escaped the lab. People ran for their lives as Samantha killed them with no hesitation. The only thing in her mind was murder.
"Lucas!" The professor called Lucas with a knife in his head. "Professor! What happened to you?!" He yelled. "Make a cure for Samantha. The drug injected into her wasn't ready yet! She's in the city right now, hastily killing numerous people!" He said as he closed his eyes. The professor was officially dead. "Don’t' worry, professor. I'll create a cure for Samantha." Lucas ran on his way to make a cure.
Days passed; The city was starting to look like a jungle. Lucas can't come up with a cure. He had no choice but to take Samantha far from the city.
He thought of pouring huge amounts of water on her or burning her with fire but, he remembered that the drug injected into her was an advanced version. Neither water nor fire could destroy Samantha.
Lucas thought of a plan to lure Samantha deep down in the forest. When he was finished, he quickly went to Samantha and did the plan he readied.
He used himself as a decoy for Samantha to chase. He ran and ran until they reached the deepest part of the forest. They had some distractions but, Lucas came prepared. As he ran, he took a metal rope, ready to capture Samantha. He threw the rope to Samantha and tied her. His plan was going smoothly, not until they encountered armed soldiers along the way.
"Why are they here?" He mumbled. "Greetings, we are here to take that rogue cyborg for extermination. Someone reported that this cyborg has been doing unacceptable things to this city that reached our country. As the descendant of the royal family, I cannot allow such a thing." The leader of the armed soldiers said. "Therefore, I and my crew will be on our way home once we take that cyborg," he added.
There was no way Lucas could give Samantha to them. "Who knows what they would do to Samantha," he said while holding her. Lucas didn’t say a word and ran far from the soldiers. Although he brought multiple disastrous events to Samantha, somewhere in his heart, he knew that he still loves her.
Luckily, they found a cave hidden in leaves along the way. He pulled Samantha and hid inside the cave while waiting for the soldiers to disappear.
Some time passed, the soldiers were gone. He wasn't done running towards the deepest part of the forest, though. He wanted to go much farther, where there are multiple resources he can use in making the cure and enough food to feed himself.
Countless days had passed, he was done running. He found a good spot where he and Samantha could stay for the time being.
He placed Samantha in a corner while he was trying to figure out a cure for her. After many months, he was finally able to make a cure. "This is it!" He shouted with happiness.
As stated, he came prepared. He took everything that looked useful in the lab. He took plenty of syringes with him in case he'll encounter many failed attempts in making the cure.
He quickly injected the cure into Samantha and just in the blink of an eye, Samantha started to breathe. Her skin tone was slowly going to its original color and her blood was red again. "Why am I here?" She said while gasping for air.
Lucas hugged Samantha the moment she opened her eyes. "Thank goodness it worked!" He shouted. It was a little awkward but, he was happy to see Samantha breathing again.
After some days, they were ready to go home. All they needed was to gather food for their long journey. It took them months to reach the city but, they were glad they made it home.
"What happened here?!" Samantha broke into tears. "You did this" Lucas looked into Samantha's eye. "No, no!" Samantha couldn't accept it.
As she explored her city, people were screaming in terror. "It's Samantha! She's back!" A commoner cried.
It was up to Samantha to regain her old title in the city. But, will she be able to get the people's trust after killing almost all of them?
