My dear,
let us lay on the grass
beneath the trees
and the sunlight that spills
between its gaps.

Meet me underneath the soil
where we once were,
as insects lay on our bodies
and eat away our skin.

Hold me when the rain pours
and the sky will not be so blue,
as the grayed clouds
cover our head to toe.

Oh, darling,
kiss me when the moon
bids us goodbye,
and the sun is peeking.

And when the dawn breeze
hits our corpses—
we'll make even something like rotting
sound beautiful.
