Theme: Retrospect, Letting Go

Then again, I find it hard to believe

That even without us,

I can still remember you.

Considering that there are still factors that make me think of you,

It's possible that I—

I don't grasp it either.

I don't even intend

to damage myself.

Since I already recognize that if I keep going,

I'll suffer harm as well.

As a result—I suppose,

Even for a split second—

You won't even be thought about.

I wish it would be forgotten;

Even if your identity,

And our shared experiences come to mind immediately.

It won't hurt terribly bad,

regardless if it's only for a short period of time.

Before—before we were acquainted,

Is a moment when neither you, nor I didn't have a finished story.

I want to take myself back to a moment

when things didn't seem this way, even if just for a little while.

And finally,

I'll allow myself to let you go one last time.
