Theme: Friendship, Recollection of Memories
Our footsteps align as we bare witness
at the sun preparing for slumber;
Savoring the sticks of cheese and rolled-breads
under the golden showers of noontide.
We stroll the same road,
Eandevor the tidbits of the same street,
Suffer the same misfortune,
and exhaust in the same agitation.
The sapling of our bond nurtured through time,
A testimony of glee and gloom;
Yet here we are,
Composing our parting cries—with worn-out plumes.
Soon, our paths will change—and so are we.
A chapter will end and another will unfold.
Memoirs of yesterday will continue to stay,
Let's meet again, tomorrow and watch the sunset on a bay.
