Theme: Self-Preservation
Look me in the eye, recreant!
Accouter the kind you and play it:
Do not be horrowed by my presence—
I am a lovely white daisy.
Your insisture is a rotten rage!
Make it seem like you don't pule:
Do not speak of madness—
I am nothing like a magnifico.
Mouth all your odious narratives!
Face me and scream it:
Do not illume with my roses—
I am a scathful intellect.
Anatomize all your threats!
Step forward and slit my throat:
Do not mortify your pettiness—
I am nothing like your gallowed prose.
You do not accite me with your silent aversion,
You do not fob me with your loud kindness:
My soul is fain to show you what you are—
But mickle is the powerful peace that I will always protect.
