Theme: We crossed paths like strangers, yet everything still lived in me
You looked at me, then looked away
As if we never knew each other.
My body froze, yet I drifted away—
Like breath vanished near another.
The world blurred, but your face stayed in focus
It lingered before me, untouchable, yet near.
I stood in silence in the same place—
On the subway, where I lost you that year.
The train moved on, but I stood still like a stone—
You walked on, untouched by the weight I carried.
And here I am, forever unknown
A part of me I quietly buried.
It wasn't fate, just a thread gone loose,
Your eyes seemed distant, yet they drew me near
I mourn a love turned into mist—
The ghost remains, but never your kiss.
